A projector or image projector is an optical device that projects an image (or moving images) onto a surface, commonly a projection screen.
The type of projector is mainly based on four things:
- Size of Projection Screen
- Distance between projection screen and the projector
- Nos. of people
- Ambience or light conditions in the room where projection is done.
There are two main types of projectors:
- LCD - If a PowerPoint presentation is to be made using bright images then an LCD projector would do fine.
- DLP - If you intend to project a movie or a film then you will have better quality with a DLP projector.

- 1080p HD Office Projector - 4000 lumens, 1080p HD resolution. Ideal for small offices up to 50 people.
- Short Throw Projector - 2700 lumens, HD resolution. Large images from small distances.
- Conference Room Projector - 6200 Lumens, WUXGA resolution. For audience sizes up to 300 people.
- Large Venue Projector - 8000 Lumens, 1080p Full HD resolution. For audience sizes up to 300 to 500 people.
- Large Venue Projector - 10000 lumens, WUXGA resolution. For audience sizes over 500 people.
